After an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Udayan Dutt is set to embark on a new chapter as President-Group HR at RPG Enterprises starting June 2, 2025. Dutt’s career trajectory took a significant turn with his long association with Unilever, beginning in 2006 as general manager-reward for South Asia. In 2014, Dutt was elevated to HR director for marketing in South Asia at Unilever, where he further honed his leadership skills. Dutt’s tenure at Reckitt saw him rise to the position of global functions HR director in 2019.
