Singh’s journey with PNB Housing Finance began in December 2011 when he joined as the National Head of Human Resources. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of the organization. In 2022, he was elevated to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he demonstrated exceptional leadership by identifying and implementing additional revenue-generating avenues, thereby contributing to the company’s financial growth.
Educationally, Singh holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. His professional journey began in 2006 as a Junior Manager-HR (Plant) with JSW Steel. During his tenure there, he successfully managed the performance management system (PMS), HR operations, payroll, and general administration.
In December 2008, Singh transitioned to Bharti AXA General Insurance as a Manager, before making his move to PNB Housing Finance. From 2011 to 2021, he served as the National Head-HR, where he was instrumental in institutionalizing HR policies and implementing performance management, succession, and leadership development frameworks. He also played a key role in launching multiple long-term incentive programs such as Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) to retain and motivate employees.
Under his leadership, PNB Housing Finance achieved ISO certification for HR processes and policies, underscoring the organization’s commitment to quality and compliance. As COO, Singh expanded the company’s financial growth and diversified its income streams, showcasing his strategic acumen.
In his new role as CPO, Singh is set to revolutionize HR, learning and development (L&D), the general administration department (GAD), corporate social responsibility (CSR), as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
